"I was trying to order a couple pairs..."
I was trying to order a couple pairs after work the other night, just scrolling around while dinner was in the oven, and literally every style I actually liked was out of stock in my size. I checked again a few different times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope. Frustrating, especially if you need wider sizes. Kind of useless if they don’t keep those options available

"I ordered a pair of shoes..."
I ordered a pair of shoes the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. I was actually a little embarrassed because I kept telling someone they’d be here soon, and then they just… weren’t. They finally arrived, but way later than expected. Not super happy with the experience and I probably won’t order again.

"Customer Service Didn’t Really Come Through"
I reached out expecting some help, but it felt like they weren’t too interested in actually resolving anything. I didn’t get real replies, just what seemed like excuses, which was frustrating.

I really wanted to like these, but they felt kinda stiff and started hurting my feet after wearing them for the day. Just not very comfy for me.

"At first, the shoes looked decent..."
At first, the shoes looked decent, so I was hopeful. After wearing them a few times though, they just started to feel kind of cheap. Some of the stitching began coming loose and the sole didn’t feel very sturdy. I don’t expect shoes to last forever, but for what they cost, I think it’s only fair to expect better quality. i’m disappointed.

"Too expensive for what they are"
So... I really wanted to like these shoes, but they just don’t feel worth the price to me. The quality is okay, but for what they cost, I expected a lot more. I probably wouldn’t buy them again

"Not many styles to choose from"
I was really hoping to find some wide shoes that were, you know, a little more stylish, but the selection just wasn’t great. So many of them looked kind of old-fashioned or way too bulky for my taste. I mean, maybe they fit well, but I couldn’t even find a pair I liked enough to try on. Disappointing overall.

"Return process felt like a moving target"
I tried to exchange a pair of shoes and it’s been way more frustrating than it should be. Replies have been slow, and every time I think I’ve done what they asked, there’s some new step or different answer like the goalposts keep moving. I still haven’t gotten my refund, and the whole process has just been annoying.

"Looks decent, but definitely not wide"
I’ll give them credit, they look nicer than I expected, but calling these wide is generous. They felt way too narrow on my feet and the fit was uncomfortable, so they didn’t really work out for me
